भा.कृ.अनु.प.- कें.उ.बा.सं., लखनऊ में बिहार एवं उत्तर प्रदेश के कृषकों का भ्रमण

भा.कृ.अनु.प.-कें.उ.बा.सं., लखनऊ में दिनांक 17 मार्च 2021 को बिहार के जमुई जिले के 2 अधिकारियों सहित 13 महिला कृषकों (आत्मा, जमुई द्वारा प्रायोजित) एवं उत्तर प्रदेश के सुल्तानपुर और अमेठी जिलों के 25 किसानों (ओंकार सेवा संस्थान, गौरीगंज, अमेठी द्वारा प्रायोजित) के दल ने संस्थान के प्रक्षेत्र एवं फल प्रसंस्करण प्रयोगशाला का भ्रमण किया। प्रक्षेत्र भ्रमण के दौरान किसानों को संस्थान द्वारा विकसित तकनीकों जैसे कि आम एवं अमरूद की सघन बागवानी, पुराने आम के बागों का जीर्णोद्धार, छत्र प्रबंधन, अंतर-फसल, ऊर्ध्वाधर खेती, सब्जियों की संरक्षित खेती, टपक सिंचाई, कंटेनर बागवानी, फलों की थैलाबंदी, अमरूद की गुणवत्ता वाले फलों के उत्पादन हेतु एस्पालियर बागवानी आदि के बारे में अवगत कराया गया। किसानों के फल प्रसंस्करण प्रयोगशाला के भ्रमण के दौरान श्री अभय दीक्षित, मु.त.अ. ने फलों के गूदे को निकालने एवं संरक्षित करने तथा फलों के विभिन्न मूल्यवर्धित उत्पादों को तैयार करने के बारे में बताया। डॉ. नरेश बाबू, प्रधान वैज्ञानिक एवं श्री अरविन्द कुमार, स.मु.त.अ. ने भ्रमण का समन्वय किया।

A group of 13 rural women along with two officials from Jamui district (sponsored by ATMA, Jamui) Bihar and 25 farmers from Sultanpur and Amethi districts of Uttar Pradesh (sponsored by Omkar Sewa Sansthan, Gauriganj, Amethi ) the experimental field and fruit processing laboratory of ICAR-CISH, Lucknow on March 17, 2021. During field visit, farmers were apprised about institute’s developed technologies like high density planting of mango and guava, rejuvenation of old mango orchards, intercropping, vertical farming, protected cultivation of vegetables, drip irrigation, container gardening, fruits bagging, espalier gardening for quality fruit production of guava etc. During the visit of fruit processing laboratory, Mr. Abhay Dikshit CTO informed the farmers about extracting and preservation of fruit pulp and preparation of various value added products of fruits. Dr. Naresh Babu, Principal Scientist and Shri. Arvind Kumar, ACTO coordinated the visit.
